The youngest beer from the Pernštejn family is produced using proven technology from the highest quality ingredients with extensive hopping to achieve a distinct bitter taste. The original aroma of Moravian malt and the aroma of Žatec hops gave the beer a medium fullness. After drinking, it leaves a pleasant feeling of bitterness on the tongue that gradually disappears, which encourages you to drink more.

Rich and creamy. Distinctively black. Velvety in its finish. This iconic beer is defined by harmony. Sip after sip, sweet counters bitter as the malt arrives on cue to complement a base of roasted barley. Just as the unmistakable white head sits flush atop the dark beer, so do the flavours counter and combine perfectly. 

The original recipe was created by the brewery’s third brewer, Alois Šimonek. Pardubicky Porter is brewed as it was 130 years ago according to the original recipe. By combining carefully selected four types of malt and a long maturation period of 120 days, Porter acquires a characteristic dark, almost black color, dense foam and is distinguished by a very delicious, malty-sweet taste, which is carefully guarded by generations of brewers.

Hoegaarden is a flavored top-fermented wheat beer. Its sweet and sour and at the same time spicy taste, so different from current lagers, is still popular and is born without filtration by natural fermentation in barrels. This is a very refreshing beer with a mild bitterness, a discernible taste of coriander and a hint of orange.
