Budvar 33 is bitter, and its name reflects that. It has exactly 33 bitterness units, mainly thanks to the Czech hop variety Agnus, which is among the most bitter varieties. The 33 is also interesting because of the Crystal Light malt, which is primarily used in top-fermented beers. By daring to add it to a typical Czech lager, our beer has gained an interesting color and a smooth flavor.

A bitter, refreshing, full-flavored beer with a herbal character and a strong peppery finish. And it has only 4% alcohol! Simply put, a lighter beer with a full taste.

The beer was originally brewed by Aleš Dvořák from Budvar and Pavel Palouš from the Cobolis microbrewery as a limited edition “Together from Budvar” – beers brewed at Budvar in collaboration with brewers from other microbreweries. Due to its success, we have included it in our permanent offer.
