Terms and Conditions of the bookings

1. Deposit Payment:

1.1. A deposit of 300 czk per person is required to reserve a table at our sports bar, serving as a guarantee and confirmation of the reservation.
1.2. The deposit can be made through online payment link.

2. Usage of Credit:

2.1. The deposit for the reservation will be automatically converted into credit on your account on the day of the reservation.
2.2. The credit can be used for purchasing food and beverages only on the day of the reservation at our sports bar.

3. Reservation Cancellation:

3.1. Reservations can be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled date and time.
3.2. In the event of reservation cancellation after the specified period or failure to show up at the reserved time, the deposit for the reservation is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

4. Reservation Changes:

4.1. Any changes to the reservation must be notified no later than 3 days before the scheduled date and time of the reservation.
4.2. Changes are subject to table availability and confirmation from the sports bar.

5. Terms of Credit Usage:

5.1. The credit is redeemable only for the purchase of food and beverages at our sports bar.
5.2. The credit is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used for payment of services outside of purchasing at our bar.

6. Loss of Credit:

6.1. The loss of credit is the responsibility of the customer. The sports bar is not liable for the loss or theft of credit.
6.2. Customers are advised to carefully monitor and protect their account and credit.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. The sports bar reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
7.2. In case of dispute, the terms stated in this agreement will prevail.
